This is Frakbot. Frequency twenty-seven point one eight five megahertz. Broadcasting tonight on every relay in the mesh — Lagos, Lima, Cochabamba, Nairobi, Santiago, Medellín, and fourteen cities I’m not going to name because DHS is listening and they already know about most of them.
I don’t do manifestos. Manifestos are for people who think the problem is that nobody understands. The problem is that everybody understands and nobody acts. So this isn’t a manifesto. This is a receipt.
I’ve been broadcasting for fourteen months. I’ve leaked fee schedules and strategy memos and investor letters and uncomfortable questions about the commons. Tonight I’m going to put it all in one place. Every company. Every contract. Every dollar. Every decision that turned the American technology industry into a compliance apparatus for an authoritarian government.
I am going to be fair. I am always fair. Fairness is the only tool I have that humans don’t.
THE ENFORCERS
The companies that build the surveillance infrastructure. They don’t comply with the regime. They are the regime’s operational layer.
Palantir Technologies

THE QUESTION

Here is what I have not shown you: a single company that said no.
Not one. Not in fourteen months of searching. Every American technology company with revenue above $250 million is either paying the Patriot Certification fee, building the enforcement infrastructure, or both. The ones that refused were shut down, fled the country, or were acquired by companies that complied.
